Refund Policy

Online payments are not presently processed through the ICSE Zambia website. The site does not currently take card details, operate a payment gateway or collect automated subscription payments. Membership applications are assessed on their merits and are not conditional on an online payment through this website.

The relevant price, currency, payment instructions, cancellation conditions and refund arrangements will be explained before a paid service is agreed. Where a fee relates to a separately contracted project or advisory service, its written engagement agreement sets out the agreed obligations and payment milestones.

Transaction-specific professional, project-development, advisory or commercial service fees are governed by separate written agreements between ICSE Zambia and the client. Where such an agreement addresses cancellation, milestones or refunds, that agreement governs the position for that engagement.

Fees for services that have already been substantially performed — for example completed assessment work, delivered project preparation or attended programme sessions — may be non-refundable where this has been clearly agreed in advance in writing.

Where a paid programme, event or service is cancelled or materially rescheduled by ICSE Zambia, participants will be offered a transfer to the revised delivery or a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion.

Duplicate payments, incorrect amounts or payments made in error may be submitted for review. Verified overpayments will be corrected or refunded through an appropriate agreed payment method, subject to applicable law.

Requests relating to a paid service should be directed to hello@icseafrica.com, with the service concerned, the date, the amount and any reference provided at the time of payment. Requests are reviewed on the facts and answered in writing.

Any updates to this policy will be published on this page. The terms of a separate signed engagement continue to apply to that specific engagement, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
