Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement governing participation in, or access to, ICSE Zambia's website and services.
Our approach
ICSE Zambia aims to make its public information and member services accessible to people using different devices, browsers, input methods and assistive technologies. We work towards clear language, logical headings, keyboard-operable links and forms, readable contrast and responsive layouts.
Using the website
You can navigate using the main menu and footer links. Most browsers provide zoom, text resizing and keyboard navigation tools. Authentication and some third-party content may have accessibility features governed by their providers.
Known limitations
Some older uploaded images or third-party components may not perform consistently across all assistive technologies. If a page, form or document is difficult to use, please contact us so that we can offer an accessible alternative where practical.
Feedback and assistance
Tell us the page, the device or assistive technology involved and the difficulty you experienced. We will review accessibility issues and respond through the published contact channel. Please avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive details in your message.
Updates
We review accessibility as the website and services evolve. This statement may be revised to reflect improvements and new features.
