Policies and information

Membership Terms

Membership Terms governing participation in, or access to, ICSE Zambia's website and services.

Membership is distinct from registration

Opening an account or registering a business profile is not the same as an active paid membership. An application is reviewed against the published category and eligibility criteria. Registration does not automatically entitle an applicant to participation in a programme, business case assessment, finance or any commercial introduction.

Application and review

Applicants must provide accurate information and have authority to represent any named organisation. The Operations Centre may ask for clarification or documents, assess eligibility, approve or decline an application and communicate its decision through authorised channels. Approval is subject to the rules and benefits attached to the relevant category.

Published fees

Annual category fees and any applicable service prices are published on the Pricing and Membership pages. A price displayed as indicative or starting from is not a binding quote for individually scoped work. Applicable charges will be confirmed before payment is requested.

Manual verification and activation

The website does not currently collect card payments for membership. Approved applications may remain awaiting verified payment. Where payment is required, a designated administrator records a verified reference before the account is activated as a paying member. Do not send payment to an unverified individual or bank account.

Membership period and renewal

The membership category, effective start date, benefits, duration, renewal terms and any termination conditions should be confirmed in the acceptance communication or membership agreement. The website's application status does not itself substitute for these written terms.

Benefits and limitations

Membership may provide opportunities to submit and develop projects, seek advisory input, access approved initiatives and participate in relevant chapter activities. Availability depends on programme capacity and suitability. No membership category guarantees funding, deals, loans, contracts, visas, investment or financial returns.

Conduct and membership status

Members are expected to act honestly, respect confidentiality, avoid fraud and comply with the Code of Conduct and applicable law. Where justified, the chapter may review, suspend or terminate a membership, subject to applicable law and documented agreements.

Cancellations, fees and disputes

Any cancellation or refund is determined under the published Refund Policy, applicable law and any specific written membership or service agreement. Requests for correction, cancellation or dispute resolution should be submitted through the contact channel below.
